Personal Experience
He has vast experience before the Kuwaiti judiciary of more than 30 years in criminal and commercial litigations of commercial companies, bankruptcy cases, violations of the general assemblies of commercial companies, commercial banks’ cases, and cases related to a foreign element, commercial arbitration cases, compensation cases, defamation cases and media/press misdemeanor cases.
In addition to his membership with the Kuwait Bar Association, he is a also a member of the Arab Lawyers Union, Kuwait Human Rights, the Kuwait Society for the Defense of Public Funds and the Human Friendship Society.
