He has actively participated in a number of legal matters between government and semi-governmental companies as well as companies owned by the government or the private sector, and represented many local and foreign banks before the Public Prosecution and Kuwaiti courts, moreover he was the head of a legal and accounting team during his stint for a well-known local oil company and represented it before Kuwaiti courts.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to his participation as a legal advisor in DLA-PIPER law firm, he was engaged in drafting and drawing up the companies law and its executive regulations issued by Decree-Law No. 25 of 2012 and further amended by Law No. 97 of 2013.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
