Vinson has over 20 years of post qualified experience in the legal field, legal consultancy and contract drafting. He is very competent and has contributed towards growth of the International department and its administration and organizing of the legal affairs within the department.

He has contributed by extending assistance to clients on labor law matters in accordance with the needs of the companies operating in Kuwait. His is adept at drafting of contracts and expressing his views and opinion on the commercial aspects of companies in relation to the Labor laws and other relevant laws.

He has provided numerous legal advise and opinions on Franchise, distribution, consignment, licensing – Software, credit ratings bureau, medical, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, corporate acquisition, incorporation of companies etc. His proven track record in international cooperation with law firms, legal outsourcing speaks volumes for itself which is all conducted through cooperation with law firms in other jurisdictions who are members with the firm’s elite international alliance network.

He has conducted due diligence through external counterparts for local as well as international clients and advised on their commercial contracts and Kuwaiti law ramifications thus helping them safeguard their interests.
