Personal Experience
He taught law at the college of Business Studies in 1984 and has pleaded in thousands of criminal lawsuits. He is known for obtaining the first precedent on the abolition of the ” gatherings law” as well as the annulment of the “customs evasion” law.
He was appointed to train new law graduate lawyers in skills of pleading in criminal legislations. He has also represented numerous government officials in banks, as well as investment and insurance companies matters before the courts.
He has conducted many legal studies and researches and has to his credit many legal publications, the most prominent of which are “The Most Famous Political Crimes in Kuwait” and “The Book of Executions”.
He is a member of the Kuwait Bar Association.
